Owen Isherwood acted on behalf of the Freehold owners in agreeing renewal terms for the above Open Storage sites (circa 2 acres) with a national recycling operator. Initially a short-term lease extension was agreed and subsequent terms were then finalised for a new 10 year Full Repairing and Insuring lease. Despite prevailing market uncertainty a significant uplift was agreed due to comparable market evidence sourced by Owen Isherwood.
