Owen Shipp completed a new 5 year eFRI lease of 2,250 sq. ft. of first floor air-conditioned town centre offices to Person Centred Software in January 2018. Owen Shipp marketed these offices in conjunction with Lambert Smith Hampton and successfully completed this letting within two months of agreement, despite dilapidations left over from the previous occupational tenant.
