Owen Isherwood acted on behalf of the Landlord in agreeing the February 2022 Rent Review after initially acquiring the building for the Freeholders and sourcing the current Tenants in 2017. Given the strength of the industrial sector Rent Review notice was served prior to the date of review and terms were agreed for a significant uplift with the Tenants Surveyor shortly before the review date.
