Acting on behalf of the Landlord we completed the letting of 2,154 sq. ft. office space in January 2024 to Ayesa. Having not being able to source a tenant for some time our client agreed to refurbish the office to provide a fully fitted option, which attracted several enquiries in quick succession. This led to successfully completing the letting within 6 months of undertaking the works.
