Castle Fine Art have renewed their lease at 180 High Street, Guildford for a further 10 years with a rent review at the 5th year at £75,000pa. This follows 10 years of occupation having acquired the freeholder's business known as Forest Gallery, encouraging trading and a willingness to continue trading for a further 10 years. Owen Isherwood acted for the Freeholders and are retained to dispose of the investment following their retirement.
