Owen Shipp Commercial acted on behalf of the Tenant in acquiring a new lease of 72 Castle Street, Farnham, on a 10 year lease (Inside the 1954 Landlord & Tenant Act). The occupational Tenant recieved rent free incentives when taking on the new lease and a favourable rental level was negotiated. Owen Shipp acted jointly with the Landlords solicitor to see this through to succesful completion despite issues with lockdown.
