Owen Isherwood acted on behalf of the Landlord in sourcing new interest and securing a new long term lease of this vacant retail unit to Taco Bell. The unit was previously trading as TSB and Owen Isherwood were on hand assist with the dilapidations process against the former Tenant to ensure the property was left in a suitable condition for incoming occupiers, as well as the new lease negotiations against Taco Bell.
