Adam graduated from Kingston University in 2009 after obtaining a degree in Property Planning in Development and then spent the next few years travelling the world with his now wife Fiona. Upon returning to the UK Adam began working at Grainger PLC as a Residential Property Manager before moving to the Commercial sector joining HNG Ltd in the West End. Adam then made the jump to BNP Paribas Real Estate to work in the Major Buildings and International Client Department where he managed a portfolio of over £1B for clients such as the Grosvenor Estate, HB Reavis, MEAG & Pontegadea UK. Adam also qualified as a member of the RICS in 2016.
In 2019 he was appointed as the UK Estates Manager for the Caravan and Motorhome Club, undertaking negotiations for lease renewals, acquisitions and dealing with various property matters for their entire UK estate. However, in 2020 he was approached by his old Kingston University friend Alex to join as a Co-Director of Owen Shipp Commercial and subsequently joined the company in January 2021. Adam enjoys playing golf and supports AFC Bournemouth, his birthplace.
