Derek Corden is a consultant at Owen Isherwood and will engage in a broad discipline, which includes the acquisition and disposal of offices and industrial buildings, site acquisitions and professional work such as rent reviews and rating work and some planning advice. He is also involved with both development sites and sites for owner occupiers.
Derek is the Chairman of The Property & Transport Division of the Guildford Business Forum. In this role, He will liaise with the Borough and County Council and on occasion, Members of the Local Enterprise Partnership, to offer advice and critique of emerging policies and proposals on sites and transport within the Borough.
