Peter da Silva was previously the head of office and business space at Wadham and Isherwood Guildford. He has over 30 years experience in agency matters having worked at King & Co and St Quintin earlier in his career in Central London but since 1997 he has been at Wadham and Isherwood where he has spent virtually all of the last 15 years dealing with agency matters in Surrey, North Hampshire and the South West M25 areas generally.

Peter’s clients include: Threadneedle, Legal and General, BMO Real Estate, Mckay Securities plc, CBRE Investors and Vantage Asset Management, as well as corporates such as Syngenta and Petrofac.

Some of his more recent deals include:

• The acquisition of 34,000 sq ft for Petrofac in Dukes Court, Woking
• Letting to GCL Solicitors of 12,000 sq ft at Cathedral Hill, Guildford on behalf of AXA Real Estate.
• Letting of 12,000 sq ft to Mclelland and Partners in St Andrews House, Woking for Vantage Asset Management.
• The acquisition on behalf of Alpha Petroleum of 7,100 sq ft at London Square, Guildford.
